Combating Corruption and Bribery in International Business Practices
The United States is a leader in the multinational effort to end bribery and corruption in international business practices, a campaign supported by the United Nations, the Organization of American States, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and other multilateral organizations and institutions.

Business Support
The Department of State and U.S. embassies around the world provide effective support to American businesses overseas by identifying opportunities for American firms, advocating on their behalf, and encouraging corporate responsibility.  The Office of Commercial and Business Affairs has more information in their Doing Business in International Markets website.
