and Connecticut Technology Council Fast 50 Program for 2005

The Rising Star award is a special award that recognizes fast
growing technology companies that have been in business a minimum
of three years, and less than five years, and is based on percentage
revenue growth over three years (2002 to 2004). To qualify for
the Technology Fast 50 Rising Star program, companies must have
had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $1,000,000
in 2004, be headquartered in North America, and be a technology
company. These companies are recognized as Rising Stars as part
of the Connecticut Technology Fast 50 program, a ranking of the
50 fastest growing technology companies in the state by Deloitte & Touche
