Cervalis Again Wins Rising Star Technology Award from Deloitte & Touche and Connecticut Technology Council Fast 50 Program for 2005

Stamford, CT, October 6, 2005

Cervalis, LLC, a provider of IT infrastructure services was again named a winner of the Rising Star award by the prestigious Deloitte & Touche Connecticut Technology Fast 50 Program. The Rising Star award is a special award that recognizes fast growing technology companies that have been in business a minimum of three years, and less than five years, and is based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2002 to 2004). To qualify for the Technology Fast 50 Rising Star program, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $1,000,000 in 2004, be headquartered in North America, and be a technology company. These companies are recognized as Rising Stars as part of the Connecticut Technology Fast 50 program, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the state by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services firms, and the CT Technology Council.

“We are continuing to experience healthy growth in terms of customers and revenue; the market is responding well to the price/performance and quality of our services”, said Mike Boccardi, President and CEO of Cervalis. Boccardi credits success with the company’s capabilities, quality of service and customer focus, which have attracted a significant number of Fortune 500 companies. “We are very proud and pleased to be once again nominated as a Rising Star winner by the Deloitte & Touche USA LLP Connecticut Fast 50 program”, added Boccardi.
