Board of Directors

A Board of Directors, including highly qualified business and industry professionals and experts, will assist the Company's management team in making appropriate decisions and taking the most effective actions under Delaware law. They are:

Dr. Richard Olsen is the founder of Olsen & Associates. Dr. Olsen received a Licentiate in Law from the University of Zurich (1979), a Masters in Economics from Oxford University (1980) and a Ph.D. in Law (1981). From 1983 to 1985, Dr. Olsen worked at Bank Julius Baer, Zurich, as Assistant Legal Advisor, a member of the research team and a foreign exchange dealer. In 1985, Dr. Olsen founded O&A and became its Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Michael Stumm is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto, where he was director of Computer Engineering for several years. Dr. Stumm has over 20 years of experience in computer engineering and science at IBM, O&A, Stanford University, the University of Toronto and the ETH in Zurich, specializing in the area of distributed and parallel systems, Internet and Web technology, and e-commerce. Dr. Stumm received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Zurich and is the author of over 80 scientific publications.
