The home was lavishly and luxuriously decorated by the builder's decorator and contributed significantly to the sale of all Formosa Gardens Homes. Moon Lake House stands out above all other Formosa Gardens Homes because of its privacy as a result of its secluded location at the edge of Moon Lake. The home enjoys almost total lack of exposure to neighbors. Moon Lake is clearly punctuated with tranquility including Water Lilies; Spanish Moss draped trees, various types of wild life, and beautiful moon light. Moon Lake House also enjoys two additional salient features; 1) two very large and spacious master bedroom suites and 2) three sizeable common, yet private, common living areas. Once you enter this master bedroom and close the door behind you, you have entered your own, separate world. The upstairs master bedroom suite is the most secluded and private area of the house. The room is 24' X 22' and includes a king bed, bath, and a sitting area defined by queen sofa bed, love seat sofa bed, and a television. A family with children or other groups desiring to be together would find this suite most welcoming. The third master, king, bedroom and two twin bedrooms, one with a boys theme and the other with a girls theme, located on the first floor are also beautifully apportioned and afford their own individual privacy. The common living areas include a 13' X 19' Living Room, 14' X 13' Dining Room, and 16' X 20' Family Room. These areas are all beautifully outfitted and decorated as well as secluded from each area. The Kitchen is stunningly outfitted with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and is open to the Breakfast Nook and Family Room for easy flow throughout these areas. The swimming pool Lanai and heated swimming pool are also very private, comfortable, equipped with a barbecue grill and nestled right up to Moon Lake. Moon Lake House is designed to provide privacy in every area and yet afford easy central access and flow through the villa home. A kiddy pool, and a separate spa with enclosure and a sun deck have recently been added. Moon Lake House is also outfitted with a game room consisting of a pool table and air hockey and an office area consisting of a computer, printer-fax-copier-scanner, and internet access. The Family Room, Game Room, Lanai, and all bedrooms are equipped with a TV. These rooms also include a DVD/VCR except the Game Room and Lanai. The utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer.
