Q: I am having trouble with a flight search on the home page.
A: Click on Advanced Search to go directly into the booking engine and try your search there.
Q: I am trying to book using a Senior Citizen Discount, but I get the error message "Invalid date of birth"?
A: Era allows a senior discount for passengers 62 years or older, but the booking program is hard coded for ages 65 years or older. Please change your birth year to override this, note that we may verify your age at check-in.
Q: I am trying to search for a Senior Discount using the "By Fare" search option, but get an error message.
A: Unfortunately only the "By Fare and Schedule" and "By Schedule" search options will work for Senior Discounts. Please call Era Reservations at 1-800-866-8394 if you need further assistance.

Q: I have a question about my hotel or car reservation.

Q: Why can’t I find my reservation?
A: Your reservation can only be retrieved on our site if it was booked by Era or certain travel agencies. Reservations booked by Alaska Airlines or other airlines or by some travel agencies cannot be viewed here. Please call the airline, travel agency or Era Aviation to reconfirm your reservation.
Web Check-in
Q: Why can’t the system find my reservation?
A: If your reservation was booked by a source other than Era (Alaska Airlines, travel agency, or another airline), the confirmation code they gave you may not be the same as your Era confirmation code. Please try again using the flight number, please note that Era flight numbers are 800-999, or call Era Reservations at 1-800-866-8394 for assistance.
Q: I used a flight number to find my reservation, but it still doesn’t work.
A: When your flight is booked as an Alaska Airlines codeshare flight, a '4' is added to the beginning of the flight number, drop the '4' so the flight number is in the range of 800-999 and try again.
Q: Why can’t I check-in online with my paper ticket or commuter coupon?
A: Unfortunately, web check-in is not available for paper tickets, including commuter coupons. Please check-in at the Era ticket counter as usual.
Q: I have a connection from Era to another airline, why doesn’t it check me in for the connecting flight?
A: Web check-in is only available for flights operated by Era Aviation.
Q: I am still getting an Error Message when I try to check-in.
A: Please go to the Era Ticket Counter for check-in by an agent, or call Era Reservations for assistance at 1-800-866-8394 with the error code number.
