the United States, you have three options for purchasing our SSL Certificates:

affiliate in your country and purchase directly from them.
- Purchase
single SSL
Certificates directly from VeriSign online. During the enrollment
process, specify “International” for servers located outside the United
States.
- Purchase
multiple SSL Certificates through our Managed PKI for SSL services by contacting
our sales department.
Payment Processing Restrictions
Commerce Site and Commerce Site Pro services
are only offered to companies with a U.S. checking account. Whether
your customers are domestic or international, if your company is located
outside of the United States you will need to qualify as an international
merchant to use our payment processing services.
