    Whether an executive break or team reward to clear the cob-webs, a week of island hoping is a tonic to all. Bringing your top executives for a week of sailing, sun and all that goes with spotting the best cove to stop for a swim in the crystal clear Adriatic is bound to bring your team to life.

    Apart from the obvious mix of sun, fun and socialising, there is a subtle element of the necessity for teamwork. Mixing your teams up on a small flotilla of boats and having to get along with each other to get to the next port of call can be an ideal way of working in close surroundings but with a relaxed atmosphere.

    The reward of stepping off for lunch or at the end of the day directly into the cafe for the well deserved freshely cooked meal, wine, beer and the banter that goes with a great day under sail. By the end of the week, there is a newfound appreciation for nature and fellow crewman. There are some special considerations in putting together a group of people for a week or more of sailing and especially so if they work together.
