Shipping Methods

After your order has been packaged, it will be delivered free via one of these carriers, depending on order value and destination.

• FedEx® 2nd Day Air: My Solitaire offers Free 2nd day Air Shipping on all US orders over $250. Orders shipped with this method will arrive two business days after shipping from My Solitaire.

• USPS Insured Mail®: My Solitaire offers Free Insured Mail Shipping on all US orders under $250. Orders shipped with this method will arrive two to six business days after shipping from My Solitaire.

• USPS Priority Mail®: My Solitaire offers USPS Priority Mail on all orders for Alaska, Hawaii, FPO or APO shipping addresses only. Orders shipped with this method will arrive three to five business days after shipping from My Solitaire.

• If you wish to ship by any other method you will be charged as listed on our site. If you like your order to be shipped by any other method, please call customer service at 1-866-MySolitaire (697-6548).

Signature Requirements for Delivery

If your delivery is under $250, you can choose to waive the signature requirement with FedEx. This will only apply to you if you have a signature waiver on file with FedEx. We will not accept any signature waivers for shipments over $250. If you would like to arrange delivery at a FedEx location call customer service at 1-866-MySolitaire (697-6548).
