Job Description
-Outstanding customer service skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to prioritize with excellent time management skills
-Ability to perform mulitiple tasks with numerous interruptions
-Self motivated with the ability to proactively address issues with minimal supervision
-Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and basic internet skills & Register POS System
-Accurately provide and document all pertinent information regarding customer inquires, billing, shipping, pricing, event information, and job related functions
-Process shipping orders, invoicing, and customer data base
-Staff training and management
-Ability to lift a case of wine (45 lbs)
-Ability to delegate job duties and special projects
-Ability to be flexible to take on additional hours if needed in the tasting room
-Holidays & Weekends a must!

PART-TIME TASTING ROOM ATTENDANT

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Outstanding customer service skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy (process orders, returns, and special requests)
-Basic knowledge of wine, varietals, and appellation
-Proactive in introducing customers on Baileyana Wine Club
-Ability to answer wine related questions as well as wine club
-Uphold positive and professional attitude
-Outstanding communication skills including proper correspondence of phone etiquette
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Must be 21 years of age
-Interest & enthusiasm for wine knowledge required
-Strong work ethics
-Available to work weekends & holidays & special events
-Daily operations of cash registers
-Assiting merchandising with stocking, pricing and inventory
-Setting up and hosting wine tastings for guests
-Other projects and duties assigned by supervisor
