India 20/20: A BRIC by Brick Analysis
Goldman Sachs' report on the BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India & China) economies published in 2003 spurred increased attention on the economic tectonic shift currently underway. The rise of India and China coupled with their demographic advantages offer tremendous opportunities. While investors and entrepreneurs are intuitively aware these four economies are experiencing rapid growth, and the BRIC report highlights the macro-economic factors driving this growth, we at TiE Tri-State will delve into the opportunities and challenges these economies offer for investors and entrepreneurs.
The conference designed for investors, entrepreneurs and multinationals will bring together policy makers, experts, academics and global business leaders to examine the opportunities and challenges offered by these countries. The conference will include:
- Keynote Speakers
- Panel Discussions
- Interactive workshops
- Networking Cocktails
The conference will compare India vis-à-vis the other "BRIC" economies - Brazil, Russia, and China. Amongst the sectors to be analyzed are Financial Services, Infrastructure, and Real Estate as well as issues of Corporate Governance and Legal Standards.
