She really starts to grow out in the last 2 weeks. each night now I check her temperature, normally around 28.2c when it dopes around to 27.2 we know she will have puppies in the next 12 to 24 hours. She will go off her feed and usually  vomit a couple of times. 12/11/05 5 days to go , but she usually goes a couple of days early. Today we trimed the hair around he nipples for the puppies and around her fanny so we can keep it clean. Puppies Born 14/11/05. 4 puppies 3male 1 female. 1st born 3.35am. 2nd 6.15. 3rd 7.20. 4th 7.40. The first was a Male the kids have called Jackson, you can see the mother cleaning him , he is only 5min old weighing 234gm Day 1 15/11/ Mother and puppies had a good night. Jackson weighed 234gm and has a big belly this morning Jackson has put on 48gms and doing great. My mothers Cavi' has just had 3m 3f . one she has called Rob after me, she said it whinged coming out and is still whinging lol. Jackson is 7days old to day and weighs 504 gm , so he and his litter mates are doing exceptionally well Day 13 no eyes open yet. Jackson is 750 gm. DAY 20 what a great litter of puppies, they are banging on the weight, quite and happy, mum is looking after them great. The mother is having 3 huge meals a day, she even sat with us a breakfast time and had 3 slices of toast and vegmite and then 3 weetbix and milk, if she keeps this up ill have to charge her board lol. 24 days, healthy and happy. I will start the on a little weetbix and puppy milk tommorow. You dont give puppys or dogs normal milk , because there system dosnt tolerate the lactose.
