On March 17th, Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen endorsed a new ETSU
College of Pharmacy. ETSU will raise $7.5 Million. As we move towards our goal, we

What are the pre-pharmacy requirements for
the ETSU College of Pharmacy?
We plan to accept students after two years of pre-pharmacy study. Students
may complete their pre-pharmacy requirements at any accredited college or
university. A general description of pre-pharmacy requirements can be found
in our Admissions Information.
When will classes start and how do prospective
students apply?
We are looking for the 65 most qualified and enthusiastic students for our pioneer class. The ability to take students in the Fall of 2006 is dependant upon receipt of ACPE awarding of Precandidate Status to ETSU College of Pharmacy.
ADMISSIONS INFORMATION and our ONLINE APPLICATION are now available. Applicants should plan to take the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT) during their final year of pre-pharmacy studies, and should
complete their required pre-pharmacy coursework before classes start.
What can I do to help the ETSU College of
Pharmacy?
Governor Bredesen challenged the university to raise $5 Million before receiving
state approval and an additional $2.5 Million before opening the doors. You
can help us achieve this financial goal with your donation or pledge in any

Does ETSU have a code to receive PCAT exam scores?
Our PCAT code is 112. The Pharmacy College Admissions Test is a specialized test that helps identify qualified applicants to pharmacy colleges.
The PCAT will be offered at test sites across the country in October 2005 and in January 2006.
