ICRAplus is more than just another internet filter. It is the foundation that allows you to select and combine
several filters to produce the precise solution you're looking for.
Naturally ICRAplus fully supports ICRA's self-labelling system and will effectively allow or block access to
labelled sites according to your settings. However, it can also work with additional filters to block or allow
websites based on a whole variety of different sources of information, whether the site is labelled or not. Therefore for
enhanced functionality you are advised to install one or more of the optional modules. These are created by companies and
organizations that are independent of ICRA and that may charge for their software.

Next steps
System requirements: ICRAplus can be run on all versions of Windows from Windows 98 onwards (i.e. Win 98, ME, 2000, NT 4+ and XP). It can be run on Windows 95 if Winsock 2 is also installed.
