Thank you for your interest in training for Thomson ResearchSoft products.

We offer free group training onsite in the U.S. or Canada if we are in your area and over the internet for smaller groups or groups in areas where we will not be traveling. Because our training program is very popular we must request that onsite training groups have at least 25 attendees. Group requirements for web-based training may vary depending on circumstances, so please contact us via the request form if you are interested in group training.

If you are a research professional who trains others in the use of our products or provides local support for our products and are interested in train-the-trainer classes, please contact us via the request form for information on special exceptions to the 25-attendee requirement for train-the-trainer classes.

We also offer web-based training to individuals through a set of prescheduled classes. The dates of these classes will vary from month to month, so please contact us via the request form if you are interested in individual training and we will e-mail you information on current classes. Be sure to note the program you want training for on the form below so that we can send you class information for that program. Class sizes are limited, so reservations will be required for individual training sessions.

Please note that all our basic classes cover the same material, whether they are onsite or web-based. Web-based trainings are live trainings, not prerecorded, so you would be able to ask questions just as you would in a live training.
