Yes, we are on a corner - the corner of Neil Street and Dean Avenue, in a quiet neighbourhood that is conveniently located a 5 minute drive from the University of Victoria and a 2 minute drive from Camosun College and St Michaels University School to the north and the Royal Jubilee Hospital to the south. And, we are only 5 kms from Victoria's beautiful inner harbour and all the activities that downtown Victoria has to offer. We are very central.

Derek & Gayle invite you to their bright comfortable family home on the sunny Lansdowne slope. Their immaculate, newly-renovated bed and breakfast rooms take up the entire main floor of the house.

Both bedrooms have rich hardwood floors, African wool rugs, and access to a central computer with free internet and wireless capabilities. Enjoy the fascinating collection of Africana evident everywhere in the house and featured in the bed and breakfast rooms.

Make yourself at home. Get to know other guests as you sit outdoors listening to the soothing sound of water trickling into our small fish pond or enjoy the fragrant scents from the garden. Relish our home-cooked full breakfast in the bright dining room upstairs, or, should you treasure your privacy, we can provide breakfast at your table downstairs.
