Judy Lin |
Executive Vice President, Security Services
As executive vice president and
general manager of VeriSign Security Services, Judy Lin manages the
worldwide activities for several major lines of business, including
Authentication Services, Web Trust and Payment Services, and Managed
Security Services.
Ms. Lin joined VeriSign in February
of 1996 as an original member of the development team. In previous roles
as director of Core Technology and vice president of Engineering, she
was instrumental in building leading VeriSign Internet and Enterprise
managed PKI services. In addition, she has been responsible for technical
evaluation in VeriSign mergers and acquisitions and strategic activities.
Ms. Lin also served as vice president of Product Development, with responsibility
for delivering the technology, products, and services for the company.
Prior to joining VeriSign, Ms. Lin
held a variety of software development and management roles at Taligent,
Apple Computer, and Hewlett-Packard. She holds dual B.A. degrees from
University of California, Berkeley for Computer Science and European
History.
