- I just returned home from Krakow last night and I wanted to send you an email just to thank you and your company for a wonderful apartment and service!
- Everything was extremely professional and very well organised from beginning to end. The taxi to and from the airport was very punctual. The apartment was beautiful and very centrally located, the organised trips and guides were really informative and helpful. And your team at your office were all really nice and very helpful!
- We loved every minute of being in Krakow, it is such a beautiful place and the people are really lovely! We cannot wait to come back and we will cerainly be using your apartments again!!!!

- I am writing just to let you know that our trip to Poland was wonderful, made especially relaxing by you! The apartment on Florianska was really lovely, big and spacious and exceptionally clean and, of course, very central. We all loved Krakow and will hopefully return one day.

- We returned yesterday to London from the most wonderful 4 day trip to Warszawa. It was wonderful because you all made it so wonderful.
- The apartment was superb - spacious, clean, perfectly situated on the beautiful Nowy Swiat, and so very comfortable. The way you all organised our stay at the apparent, however, was what made it so special.
- From the moment we arrived in Warsaw, it all worked out so well. The taxi was waiting for us at the airport, your very kind representative was waiting for us at the apartment and was more than helpful (even thought it was late since the flight had been delayed!) and the next day, our very delicious breakfast arrived, beautifully presented, without any delay. Thank you also for providing such a comfortable cot for our little daughter!
- On our last day (Sunday 31st October) , a gentleman at your office was most kind in letting us keep our luggage at the apartment even though it was beyond the requested check out time. He also booked a taxi for us back to the airport. We would all like to thank him especially for all his help.
- All this good organisation and comfort, made for a wonderfully relaxing and special holiday - so we thank you all again.
- We will be recommending Old Town Apartments to all our friends and relatives and we too look forward to coming back to Warszawa again soon.

- We have returned home to Canada after 3 weeks in Poland. During that time, we stayed in your apartments in Warsaw (Piekarska Bianca) 3 beginning days; Krakow (Szpitlana Blue) 5 days; Warsaw (Rynek Wars) 2 final days. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the apartments and the prices. The locations are fantastic! With only a couple of problems we enjoyed our stays immensely. The kitchens were well-equipped and it was great to have the washing machine. It was particularly helpful to use the pre-arranged taxi pickup from the airport, as none of us had travelled to Poland previously, nor spoke Polish. Also, the ability of your staff to speak English eased our transition into your beautiful country. On our next visit (yes, there must be another visit to travel the northern half of the country!) we hope to see you again.

- Do you remember me? I am Angelo Saviotti. Me and my friends spent holidays in Warsaw from June 26 - July the 3rd in your apartments. How are you? I am writing this letter to thank you, in the name of our whole group, for our splendid stay in Warsaw. The apartments, even though they weren´t those we had reserved, were really beautiful and comfortable. Thanks to their location we were able to live a day and night life in Warsaw directly from the first metres:))! We have found lots of restaurants and discos nearby, what is a very comfortable especially for those who do not own a car. Now we are living with a great nostalgy this long and torrid Italian summer. The photos and the film made by us in Warsaw help us to experience once more your magic city and your splendid girls ( naturally also all the female staff of your agency deserves our compliments! Personally I fell in love with Katarzyna!) It is maybe too early to talk about this but we thought to visit you next June 2004. I would like to know what is the best period to make reservations for the apartments we used. February 2004? March 2004? have you got apartments in Krakow as well? We wish you a happy summer! (Why don´t you come on holiday to Italy? We could be your guides!)

The apartment has been very comfortable and everything was perfect, even the cleaning service. We missed nothing in the flat, microwave, television, CD-player... My husband and i rented the lovely apartment (courtyard view) on July 17 and departed on July 19. i want you to know that we were very pleased and plan to stay there again on our next trip to Warsaw. - Well we are home again and we would both like to thank you for helping us to have such a good holiday, we did enjoy ourselves in Warsaw (the teapot and toaster helped!) Krakow was very enjoyable too and we think the hotel was a good idea. The staff were very helpful and we were able to get round everywhere we wanted.
