Test your current hosting provider:

Syntax: ping yourdomain.com
Go to a DOS / Command Prompt and ping your domain.

If you are in Windows XP go the start menu, then select run, type "cmd" and hit enter, then type "ping yourdomain.com" without the quotation marks.

Then type the IP number displayed - looks something like 64.246.176.156 - directly in to your web browser. If it resolves to your web site you have your own IP. If it resolves to anything else you are sharing your IP.

Multiple Domains

You also have site administrator access to your site. Simply log in at www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel with your login and password. Here you can manage all functions relating to your e-mail accounts. You will notice that at least 1 account has already been set up as your main account; you can always add more and/or add aliases.
