Faq
Question: " What time is check-in and check-out?"
Answer: 13:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. Upon availability and previous notice we can allow an earlier check-in time.
Question: " Is the Price per Apartment or per person?"
Answer: You pay for the apartment, although we do have a maximum number of people who can stay in each apartment.
Question: "Do all apartments have double beds?"
Answer: No, in some of our apartments we offer also single beds.
Question: "Do I get fresh towels and soap?"
Answer: Yes, and much more. Please click here to learn about the amenities. You will find also find local magazines.
Question: "Is breakfast included?"
Answer: No, but there is no need as all apartments have a kitchen, and there are several restaurants downstairs. Now, you can also reserve breakfast in the best of OTA even on-line.
Question: "Is there a lift?"
Answer: Usually not. There are no lifts in the Old Town. If you need an apartment with fewer stairs, please specify or ask for our ground floor and first floor apartments.
Question: "Are the apartments near the centre?"
Answer: You can`t get any closer. Old Town in the ancient heart of the city. New business districts are very close nearby and accessible.
Question: "Are the apartments safe?"
Answer: Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best apartments. Besides, Old Town is probably the most protected part of the city with low crime rate. Especially safe are our Holland Park Tech-Smart apartments (protected by guards 24-hours/day)
Question: "Can I call from the apartment?"
Answer: There is a block on "0". It means that you can make free phone calls around Warsaw, but long distance calls are not allowed. However, we can sell you a special pin card for very cheap calls (national, mobile or international).
Question: "Can I bring a pet?"
Answer: Yes, but we reserve the right to charge for damage
Question: "How many people can share 1 apartment?"
Answer: Studio apartment: 2 people, 1 bedroom apartment: 2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, Larger apartments: 6 or more.
Question: "Do I have to pay extra for children?"
Answer: Children under 6 years of age can stay, free of charge, using existing apartment bedding. However there is additional charge for a rollaway beds or cots. Children 6 years old and over can stay after extra person fee is settled (if the total amount of guests exceeds standard for the apartment).
Question: "Can you reserve a pick-up service from the airport?"
Answer: In cooperation with MERC TAXI we arrange a pick-up service from the airport. You are expected in the airport, transferred to our office and directly the apartment. MORE ABOUT Airport Pickup Service.
Question: "Where can I park my car"
Answer: You can park your car outside the old town on a meter (cost 20PLN /€5/ per day). This is between 08.00-18.00. If you would like to put your car in a secure area this will cost around 50PLN (€12) per day.
Question: "How do I pay?"
Answer: You pay in cash (USD, Euro, PLN) or by credit card (2.05% surcharge, AMEX 4.2%) for the whole stay once you have seen your accommodation. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU IN ADVANCE. In specified cases we also allow bank transfer.
Question: "What does the check-in look like?"
Answer: Our Reception in Warsaw is located in the Old Town Square Market within a walking distance from all our apartments. All guests should arrive at the Reception where all formalities will be settled. If you are using our Pick-up Service somebody from our staff will join you and accompany to the apartment. Our reception and staff are ready to serve and help you during your entire stay. In the end you leave the keys in the apartment.
Question: "How can I make my reservation with minimum delay?"
Answer: Send a request for your preferred apartment and write into the comments field that if available you are reserving the apartment provisionally. If we reply that the apartment IS available, secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter. However, telephone booking is even quicker. UNCONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Question:"How do I secure my booking?"
Answer: Like most of accommodation businesses nowadays, we need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for mutually binding reservation require your guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending just on your choice and current availability. However, before sending confirmation letter, we will necessarily ask you for your credit card number, expiry date and CVC, CVV number. This is convenient and safe. We have a 100% secure encrypted connection for you to enter your credit card details,safe link. These details can also be safely sent to us by fax or simply phoned to our booking department in our working hours. Another option is sending a prepayment by bank transfer (30% of the total price) to our account.
Question: "How often does the cleaning service clean the apartment for persons staying more than 1 week (7 nights)?"
Answer: The customer chooses one day from Monday to Friday between 9:00-17:00 this is included in the price.
Question: "Do we have to be present during the cleaning service in our apartment during our stay?"
Answer: No, the cleaners have an additional cleaning KEY which is in the office.
Question: "Is there any good restaurant nearby with Traditional Polish food in the Old Town?"
Answer: Yes there are many in the Old Town Square but one in particular in 25 Podwale Street called "KOMPANIA PIWNA".
Question: "What Traditional Polish food is worth tasting in a restaurant?"
Answer: Zurek (soup), Pierogi Ruskie, Bigos (cabbage with meat-made the POLISH way), Golabki (Stuffed cabbage), Desert: Makowiec, Sernik.
Question: "Do the staff members speak other languages than Polish and English, if so, which ones?"
Answer: Yes, we have staff members speak : French, Spanish, Afrikaans, Dutch , Russian, Japanese and German
Question:"How long has your company existed?"
Answer: The company had been founded in Warsaw by the end of year 2000. We were the first company in the region maintaining serviced apartments. At present, we offer a widening range of services and are experienced to make your stay safe and pleasurable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the situation that a previously confirmed booking is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card.
FOR CANCELLING A CONFIRMED RESERVATION THERE WILL BE 20 EURO CHARGE APPLIED (CHARGED UPON CANCELLATION) Should the cancellation be made already WITHIN the chargeable period as per the specific cancellation rules, and the total amount due will be higher than 20 Euro, the 20 Euro charge will not be applied additionally.
If absolutely necessary, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

- Bookings for 4-7 nights Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: €20 Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30% of your whole stay No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50% of your whole stay
- Bookings for more than 7 nights Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: €20 Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
- Bookings for 1 month and more Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: €20 Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge Cancellation 5-0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge
