| What is the cost to list a vacation rental? |

Our annual listing membership fee to list your vacation rentals is $99. There are no additional fees or commissions charged on any bookings generated from the website. |

| Do you offer any discount for advertising multiple properties? |
Yes. We happily offer a discount to vacation rental owners who advertise multiple properties. Our rate schedule is:
First Listing = $99/year
Listings 2-5 = $89/year
Listings 6-10 = $79/year
Listings 11+= $69/year |

| What is your refund policy? |
|
Because of the nature of our business in dealing with vacation home rentals, most of the work on our site occurs during the first few weeks of listing. During this time we update several pages on our site, submit your pages to the search engines, etc. Because of this and the fact that we do not charge a setup fee, we do not offer refunds. |

| What photo file types do you accept? |
|
Most digital cameras and images you find on the web are in JPG format. We accept the JPG format during photo upload. You may email us almost any photo format and we will convert it to an appropriate type. |

| How do I add photos to my vacation rental listing? |
The best way to attract attention to your vacation home rentals is to show it off with photos – the more the better! There are four ways to add photos to your vacation rental listing.
1. Upload your JPG photos online from the Member Home area.
2. Email your photos – simply attach the photos that you wish to add to your listing to an email and send them to us.
3. Send us a link – if your photos are already on a website, let us know where to find them by sending the web address (URL).
4. Regular mail - please mail your photos to:

We would be happy to return your photos of your home or cabin rentals, so please provide us with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, or a check for $5 made out to Vacation Home Rentals. If you email, send us a link, or mail your photos to us, please be certain to let us know your name and listing number so we know which vacation rental to add them to. |

| How are your listing results sorted? |
Our listings of lake, mountain, beach rentals, and other vacation rentals can be re-sorted in many different ways, but the default sort criteria is:
1. Payment Status- paid listings appear before trial listings.
2. Photos- properties with photos appear before properties with no photos. It doesn't matter how many photos you have, but that you have at least one.
3. Availability Calendar- properties where the calendar has been updated within the last 30 days appear before non-updated properties.
4. Rates- properties with rates appear first. After that, they are randomly sorted. |

| Can I have a personalized URL? |

Every property subscription comes with a easy-to-remember URL of the format http://www.vacationhomerentals.com/ID (where ID is your listing number). |
