Cancelation Policy
For the purposes of this chapter ZooAzia Travel Company is further referred to as the Company.
Services being offered and tours sold may be cancelled using the procedure laid out below. The Client will need to inform the Company 72 hours before arrival about the cancellation which is then effected without any fee. You will be charged a certain amount if you did not cancel 72 hours before your arrival and if you do not turn up. For a cancellation within three days, we will charge fifty percent of the total amount.
Our Service Guarantee
ZOOAZIA pledges to provide completely all services as contracted. If some part of the service could not be provided against the agreement, then ZooAzia accepts to reimburse only for the part which is not complete.
Payment Modalities
Clients will be requested to make an advance payment for services, such as tours, booking of hotels, visa support, using one of the modalities below:
1. Bank transfer to Company's account(s) as per invoice provided
2. Internet-based credit card payment through Company's e-shop (subject to service availability at the moment)
Should advance payment was not the arrangement agreed during the preliminary negotiations (via email or other means of communication), the Client will be requested to pay cash upon arrival.
Responsibility & Liability
All tours are organized by ZooAzia The Tour Operator and / or its Agents act only as agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether to travel by coach, minibus, van, car, or airplane and therefore accept no responsibility in whole or in part for any delays, delayed arrival and departures, missed connections, loss, damage or injury to person or property, or mechanical defect or failure of any nature, however caused for any hotel substitution with or without notice, for any act or omission whatsoever by any carrier, hotelier or restaurants, their agents, servants and employees. ZooAzia can not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, or other causes. All such losses or expenses shall be borne by passenger as our rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. No revision of the printed itineraries are anticipated, however ZooAzia reserves the right to substitute hotels with best available alternatives for those indicated, to alter itineraries, or change the order and days of places to be visited, condense tours with or without notice where deemed necessary or caused by airline schedules or other reasons. ZOOAZIA reserves the right to decline, to accept or to retain any person as a tour passenger should such a person's health or mental condition or physical infirmity impede the operation of the tour, of the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour members, and a refund of unused land services is the limit of ZooAzia LTD’s liability. Joining any of our packages constitutes consent to all provisions of conditions contained on this website and tour participants relinquish any and all rights whatsoever to make any claims for any damages, losses and injuries that may be sustained while engaging in these activities.
Client accepts all the terms and conditions stated above when pre-payment is effected or by a written notice.
