I have the freedom to show you multiple new construction sites at no additional cost to you! The builder pays us a commission. If you go into a new development without a realtor, you will pay the same price. I know the new subdivisions and can save you a lot of time. In some cases I can even save you money by knowing a comparable subdivision whose prices are lower.
