Apartmentguide.ca will not be liable to you or any other party for
any loss, damage, claim or expenses of any kind caused directly
or indirectly by the use of this web site, or for any system errors
or interruptions of service or breakdowns of this web site.
We are a referral service only. We do not owe any rental units.
We are not acting as real estate brokers. We do not guarantee that
you will find a satisfactory rental unit through our service. Our
only purpose is to furnish you with lists of available rental units.

For Advertisers
Apartmentguide.ca services are offered to you conditioned on your
acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions contained
herein. By creating an account, you are agreeing to adhere to the
terms and conditions of this document.
By placing an ad with Apartmentguide.ca,
you are requesting that your listing appears on our web site. This
means that your listing, including your details can be viewed by
anyone with Internet access throughout the world. You consent to
the publication of your data in this way.
Our system does not record unused time. Your ad continues to expire even if it is stopped. There is no option for restarting an ad after the
expiry date has passed. Any unused time of your prepaid ad will
not
accumulate and can not be refunded or transferred to another ad.
Past due ads will automatically be taken
off-line on the expiry date. There will be no refunds for early
cancellations, nor will there be any credit toward future advertisements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any
and all activities that occur under your account. Apartmentguide.ca
will NOT be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of
third party access of your account. We cannot guarantee the security
of email transmissions to or from networks outside Apartmentguide.ca.
All unused, inactive and duplicate ads and accounts may be deleted
at Apartmentguide.ca’s discretion. We are not responsible for liability
for the deletion, corruption, or failure to store any information
stored or transmitted using our services.
Apartmentguide.ca reserves the right
to edit or remove an ad when it violates our guidelines or our ‘free
trial’ policy.
Refund Policy
Due to the intangible nature of our service, we do not provide refunds.
We do, however, provide free 7 day evaluation period prior to your
purchase to allow you to determine if our service meets your needs.
