| On February 3rd between the hours of 01:00 and 04:30, GCI personnel will perform maintenance on the Com21 network in Juneau. Some CM subscribers will experience a brief loss of service during this maintenance. |

| On February 14th between the hours of 01:00 and 04:30, GCI personnel will migrate approximately 2700 DOCSIS CM users from ANC CMTS-1 to CMTS-2. These DOCSIS CM customers will experience a brief loss of service during this maintenance. |
| Anchorage Firewall Upgrade |

| On 2/7/06 from 0000 to 0600, Engineers will be upgrading the Internet Services firewall. During the physical cut-over, customers will be unable to utilize mail and web services, internal provisioning, database, and file-shares will be unavailable, NMS systems will be unavailable. All parties may experience degredation or additional outages during the testing portion of the changenet . DNS and DHCP systems will remain unaffected for existing provisioned customers.
