The Jane Iredale products and how to use them.

Amazing Base(tm). Apply to clean skin after the moisturizer has been absorbed. There is no need to use a foundation. Tap powder into the sifter and lightly dip the chisel powder brush into it. Use the lid to work the powder into the brush so it's evenly distributed, then apply in thin layers using downward strokes.

To camouflage redness from laser resurfacing, peels, rosacea and acne, pick up a small amount of one of the yellow-based powders with flocked sponge and, in thin layers, gently press on the area to be concealed. Finish by brushing the complexion color over the entire face.

Purepressed Base(tm) Oil-free. The same beautiful minerals pressed purely in Pycnogenol (a potent antioxidant) and natural vitamin E. Use PurePressed wet or dry and apply with a brush or sponge.

Purepressed Blush and Eyeshadow(tm). Because there are no chemical dyes, all colors can be applied anywhere on the face. Use the blush on eyes, lips and nails.

Lipcolours and Lipsheres(tm). An all-natural formula with sun protection which also contains babasu oil, aloe vera and vitamin E to condition and moisturize. No chemical dyes.

Pencils(tm). Soft and gentle on the skin. Made with conditioning oils and waxes and colored with our same protective pigments. Eye and lip pencils are completely interchangeable.

Mascara(tm). A hypoallergenic, mild formula that contains no lacquers, shellac or petroleum-based products. It doesn't smear or flake and is water resistant.

Coverage(tm). A real breakthrough in camouflage technology. An oil-free, easy-to-apply cream that completely covers dark circles under the eyes, port wine stains, bruising, hyperpigmentation, etc. Pick up a small amount with camouflage brush and apply in thin layers. Dust with the mineral powders. Stays all day without touchups. Highly water resistant but can be removed with any cleanser.

Application

• Apply Absence entire face or just oily facial areas with the special sponge included before applying Jane Iredale makeup.
• Suggestions: use around the lips to stop feathering, use as a lip primer plus adding an SPF15, around eyes and center of face to add brightness.
• Absence is also an effective primer on any skin type even dry skin since it does not affect the moisture of the skin.
