Terms and Conditions , Ahlan Wa Sahlan
Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the booking fee is required as confirmation of the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. NO BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT MONIES ARE RECEIVED AND CLEARED
Balance:The balance of the booking fee is due TWO calander months before arrival. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE.
Security Deposit:A security deposit of GBP250 is due TWO calander months before arrival.
Payment: Payment can be made by cheque, Telegraphic Transfer or credit/debit card. Due to the high cost of processing fees a surchage of 3.25% will be added to all payments made by Dredit/Debit Card . NO BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT MONIES ARE RECEIVED AND CLEARED
Cancellation Charges: Dubai Vaction Villas must be notified immediately in the event of cancellation. Should you cancel your booking, the following conditions will apply: A cancellation made between 1 and 2 calander months prior to arrival will incurr the loss of 50% of all monies paid. Cancellation less than 1 calender month prior to arrival will result in 100% loss of all monies paid.
Use Of Property: We ask occupants and guests at the villa not to participate in any Anti-Social Behaviour which would disturb those around you. We also ask that you do not permit the property to be used for any unlawful activity. As Ahlan Wa Sahlan is situated in an area which houses both residential and vacation homes we ask that you to be considerate and respect those around you. Any complaints from neighbours may result in your party being asked to vacate the property. Only those who are listed on your booking form are allowed to stay at the villa. Any breach of this may result in you being asked to vacate the property.
Checking in and out: Tenancy begins at 15.00 hours on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 hours on the day of departure. You will be checked out by or representative to whom you should hand back all keys and car passes used during your stay. Lost Keys and/or Car passes will be charged at Dhs100 each and will be deducted from your security deposit.
Liability: During you stay we the owners DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, ACCIDENTS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PERSONAL EFFECTS HOWEVER CAUSED. The villa has a private swimming pool and children`s pool and we the owners DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR DEATH HOWSEVER CAUSED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE POOL OR SURROUNDING AREAS. Please bear in mind that the villa is located within a piblic community which consists of both residential and vacation homes. Therefore we, as the owners, cannot be held responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to exsisting villas or any noise or annoyance as a result thereof on or around the community.
Force Majeure: We as the owners cannot accept, or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, terrorist activities, closure of airports, weather conditions or other events beyond our control).
Insurance: We as the owners ask that your entire party are covered by travel insurance for your stay in Dubai.
Complaints: In the unikely event of a complaint please contact Dubai Vaction Villas as soon as possible.
Acceptance of Terms: By paying your deposit you agree to the above listed Terms and Conditions. You will also be asked to sign a copy of the above Terms and Conditions on your arrival. |
