corporate logo imprinting services for our products and many gifts can be imprinting with corporate logos, company names, individual names, and monograms.
Most of our leather gift items may be personalized with your name or initials. All items that can be personalized will have a personalization box to enter your name or initials before placing the item into your shopping cart.
Frequently Asked Questions about our Personalized Gift ServicesQ: How do you personalize a leather product?A: The art of personalizing leather gift items is done through the debossing process.
Q: What is debossingA: Debossing isn't actually a word you'll find in the dictionary. In the imprint business, it is the opposite of embossing. Embossing is where you would find your name or initials RAISED above the surface of the leather. Debossing is where your name or initials would sit lower than the surface of the leather. Debossing is the only method we use.
Q: Can I return my personalized item for a refund?A: No. Most companies have the same restriction in their return policy that excludes personalized merchandise. Please make sure you read our entire
returns policy prior to ordering personalized gifts.
Q: Does personalization add to my shipping time?A: Most certainly. Unlike engraving, which uses a computer to quickly cut into the surface of the material, debossing a leather item requires the reverse spelling of your name to be set into a metal plate and depressed into the leather. Each letter of your name must be gather and placed backwards into our machine and care must be given to double-check the spelling. Processing hundreds of personalized items each day requires us to take our time. Unfortunately in this process, quality requires extra care and time be taken to finish the job perfectly!
Q: What is a monogram?A: A monogram is simply imprinting 3 initals
Q: Can you add both a company logo and an indidual name to a leather gift?A: Yes. Many times we process an order for dozens of items with the same logo, but with indidual employee names. This is common for companies who purchase employee recognition gifts.
Q: What if I have a long name? Will it fit onto your leather items?A: Most of our items have a restriction of 15 characters due to their size. Some of our larger items, such as luggage and briefcases, can accommodate a longer imprint.
Q: Does it cost extra to personalize an item?A: Yes, the current cost is $15 per item. The cost will likely increase after December 1st during the Christmas rush season.
Q: What question should I know that I haven't asked?A: Be sure to order any item you wish to be personalized prior to December 10th. The Christmas rush season greatly increases the number of orders we process and personalization is a very time consuming process. In past years, we have stopped offering personalization by mid-December.
