The quality of our products speaks for itself. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If for any decision you decide to cancel your individual subscription, you may receive a full refund.

Shipping
We normally ship by Priority Mail. A flat charge of $5 is applied to all individual orders for products (not subscriptions) for standard shipping within the U.S. and Canada. For most other countries, the flat charge is $12. If shipping will be more than these amounts, we will contact you before sending your order. For expedited shipping (next- or two-day) please e-mail or call for a shipping quote.

Overseas postage charge on mail subscriptions
Environmental Building News is sent by periodicals mail within the U.S. and by First Class Mail to Canada and Mexico. There is an additional charge of $30 per year for delivery to other countries to cover the additional cost of Airmail postage. When you order online, this amount will be added to your shopping cart when you check out.

Environmental Building News subscription pricing
The print edition of Environmental Building News has a two-tiered pricing system. The individual rate is for individuals and companies or organizations with fewer than 25 employees. The organizational rate is for companies or organizations with 25 employees or more. In either case you will receive a single print copy of each issue, which may be circulated and shared, but may not be copied or otherwise duplicated.
