SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx within 24 hours unless backordered. Click on the map to enlarge photo and view estimated Ground delivery times.
DISCREET PACKING:
Uptown Girl Lingerie understands the importance of discretion. All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label only says "U G L Dist Ctr." There is nothing written on the outside of the box that would give away the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent anywhere.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been received. We are always available via email, we will normally answer every email right away.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING SHIPPING:
UPS charges $5-10 for address corrections. Something as simple as two digits transposed in a zip code, will necessitate an address change by the carrier. We contract with the carrier, on your behalf to successfully deliver your order. Just as we pass on the carrier's delivery fee to you, via your order's shipping charge, we will also pass on any additional courier fees charged, such as address corrections and service upgrades.

What we Require:
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST GET PRIOR APPROVAL.
1. Due to State and Federal law, we are unable to accept any returns on thongs, bodysuits, swimwear, panties, g-strings, teddies, personal lubricants and chain clothing.
2. Items including thongs may not be returned due to federal health regulations.
3. Tags must still be attached at the time of the return.
4. The items must not be damaged or altered in any way.
