I am trying to apply for a position
on the website and I am getting caught in a loop so can't
apply.
|
This problem may be related to your browser's (Internet Explorer or Netscape) cache. Instead of accessing the most recent page information, it may be using outdated information, causing the loop. You should try the following:-From Microsoft Internet Explorer: Go to the 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options...', from the 'Temporary Internet file' field, select 'Delete Files...', in the next dialog box you can check box 'Delete all offline content' and then select 'OK'.From Netscape Navigator/Mozilla: Go to the 'Edit' menu, select 'Preferences...', from 'Category' double click on 'Advanced' to open up the additional items in the Advanced category, then select 'Clear Memory Cache' and 'Clear Disk Cache' and select the 'OK' button, if asked.
If the above recommended solution does not work please email either uscandidate.support@reuters.com if you have an account registered for Americas job vacancies or for accounts registered for opportunities in all other areas email candidate.support@reuters.com with details of the problem.
