BEDROOM
To include a 6ft 3 inch double bed with underneath storage room 4 ft hanging wardrobe including
shelves . Speaker system connected to cd/radio player in saloon.
BATHROOM
To include a full size fully tiled shower cubicle, vanity unit,thetford cassette porta-potti. With mirror,
accessories & shelving.
GALLEY
Appliances to include gas oven/grill and separate hob with 4 burners, stainless steel sink with drainer,
240 volt fridge, plumbing and space for a washing m/c.
Sink is set in a 1000mm base unit, opposite there is a 1000mm 2 drawer unit connected to a
500mm base unit.
SALOON
Large saloon area approx. 15ft in length including TV unit with built-in cd/radio player.
A Bubble diesel-fired stove supplies heat to 2 radiators and the calorifier for hot domestic water,
sitting on a tiled plinth with complete tile surround. Included also is a 2 seater bed/settee and a
folding table + chairs.
ELECTRICS
Engine Management system running off 2 independent alternators feeding 3 domestic batteries
and 1 starter battery. Sterling 1800 Watt inverter, 240 Volt shoreline and12/240 Volt system
throughout which is wired with over specification wiring to allow for future additional consumer
products.
WATER
Central heating provided by 2 radiators heated by Bubble diesel-fired stove which also heats domestic
hot water via calorifier. The domestic hot water system can also be heated by the engine when running
and the 240 Volt immersion heater.
FLOORING
Bedroom carpetted.
Shower room, galley and saloon all fitted with Beech laminate flooring.
FITTINGS
Curtains, nets and venetian blind included.
