* Rates are based on a two-night minimum stay. On holiday weekends there is a three-night minimum and a $25 per night additional charge for each room. Holiday weekends in 2005 include Valentine's Day (February 13 & 14), Easter (March 25, 26 & 27), Memorial Day (May 27-30), Independence Day (July 2- 4), Labor Day (September 2-5), Thanksgiving (November 23-27), Christmas (December 23 - 26) and New Years (December 30 - January 1).

Amenities

Guests start their day with a full gourmet breakfast.  In the afternoon, hors d'oeuvres are served.  Each room includes a private bath (some feature a Jacuzzi or soaking tub), fine linens & soaps, telephone with voice mail and a data port, cable TV with Showtime and HBO, VCR, and private porch.  A golf cart is provided for transportation.  All guests receive a complimentary, temporary membership at Bald Head Island club.  An extensive video collection is available to our guests, as well as, golf bag storage lockers, CD players, irons, hairdryers, and fax service.  Current periodicals in guest rooms and sitting rooms, complimentary fruit, cookies & candy.  Handicap accessibility.

Cancellation Policy

A $25 fee is charged for all cancellations prior to 7 days before the first day of reservation.  The full reservation will be charged for any cancellation, for any reason, less than 7 days before the first day of reservation.  We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather, or early departures. Group Events, Weddings, & Holiday Stays are subject to a 30 cancellation period; within 30 days of the arrival date a full stay will be charged. Please inquire about this when booking an event or holiday time period.
