Civics: The EFF, Project Vote Smart, etc. need a "print an envelope" function

I think sites like Project Vote Smart should include a "print an envelope" function, where you can enter your mailing address and have the site automatically generate a Word doc or a PDF with your return address and the address of the elected official of your choice.
