This license confers the right to use textures that are the property of 3dmd.net in commercial productions made for the exclusive use of the licensee or to which the licensee retains copyright.

The user may make unlimited use of the textures in commercial animations and games as long as 3dmd.net credits are included in the final product.

Under no circumstance may the user market or redistribute the database of the texture in a way that allows it to be marketed or distributed by a third party.

Any violations of these terms will be punishable by law and will constitute grounds for the immediate cancellation of the license for use of 3dmd.net textures.
