Free Prize Draw

1. No purchase is necessary. By registering with the site, you will get one free voucher for entry in the prize draw. Additionally, you may register extra vouchers by using the special code issued in the newsletters.
   
   
2. The winner will be drawn at random. The date and prize will be announced in the newsletter and on the site beforehand
   
   
3. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than friends or family of Voucher Vault. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the prize draw. Membership is limited to one member per household.
   
   
4. The prize is subject to availability. Voucher Vault reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
   
   
5. An e-mail will be sent to the winner. If the winner does not respond within 5 days with their postal address for the prize to be sent to, then they will lose the prize and there will be a redraw.
   
   
6. The winner's name and town will be listed on the site, as well as how many vouchers (entries) they had in the draw.
   
   
7. A list of prize winners may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Linda Wright, 9 Vicarage Gardens, Mitcham, Surrey, CR4 3BL, within 6 weeks of the closing date of the draw.
   
   
8. Voucher Vault's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
   
   
9. Voucher Vault reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
   

General

1. All financial transactions are with the shop, not with Voucher Vault. However, any enquiries regarding Voucher Vault's prize draw or Voucher Vault's free CD offer should be directed to Voucher Vault.
   

No Spam Policy

Voucher Vault will never send you spam or pass your details to another company.

This is why:

1. It's the fastest way to lose customers - I want to keep my customers happy.
2. I hate receiving spam and I wouldn't do it to anyone else.
3. Most of the shops on this site operate a no-spam policy and make it a condition that Voucher Vault does the same.
