About Abalone Designs - A Canadian SEO Company with

Abalone Designs was established
in 2001 by Courtney Heard. Sick and tired of an industry that
was corrupt and full of scams, she started the company in hopes
of helping out people that have been taken advantage of. Our trademark
free analysis was incorporated
into the site in hopes of giving people some honest and professional
advice to help them in the web
development process. Over the past 3 years Abalone has established
itself as an innovative leader in the search
engine optimization industry. As the #1 SEO company in Canada,
we are rapidly expanding our web site and company!
Inspired by her travels as a child
with her family throughout Oceania, Asia and North America, Courtney
came up with the idea to incorporate this into the web site. You
will notice that the header image on each page changes. All of
these pictures have been taken by one of us at Abalone Designs
during the course of our life. We all have a strong passion for
traveling and the amazing beauty and diversity of the world. Some
of the countries that you will find pictures of are Australia,
Thailand, England, Scotland, Canada, Laos, Fiji, French Polynesia,

Born and raised in Richmond, BC, Canada,
Courtney has also lived in Australia for two years. Her
love for traveling, photography and passion for designing
beautiful web sites, as well as her attention to detail
are what brought Abalone Designs, Inc to life.

Courtney's younger brother,
Bobby, was also born and raised in Richmond and has lived
in Australia for 2 years with her. He has also backpacked
around the globe and brought us back some of the pictures
you see around abalone.ca - Extremely creative and entrepreneurial,
we're glad to have him on board. |

was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Vancouver, BC
