Camping Stoves
There are many camping stoves to choose from, some are fueled by propane or Coleman fuel even unleaded gas. Coleman’s are my stove of choice when camping outside; they have a few models with duel gas capabilities. Good wind buffers and matchless starters.
You should have at least two burners in your camping stove. Depending on the size of your family or camping group you may want more than two burners. Also look for the space around the burners, some two burner camping stoves can accommodate three pots. Some camping stoves can handle large pots and some can’t. Coleman camping stoves have a few models of two-burner camping stoves. Keep future camping trips in mind when looking to purchase a camping stove.

My camping stoves of choice are usually stoves that use propane or white gas (Coleman fuel). White gas burns clean and with out an odor and will not leave any taste on your food.
Many models of camping stoves now can use white gas or regular unleaded auto fuel. Never use unleaded gas in a camping stove without first checking for certain that it is a duel fuel burner.
Propane is another very common fuel for camping stoves today. Propane stoves are easier to use than most models of camping stoves. Propane stoves are easier to light the fuel is easier to transport and there is no filling up or spillage of fuel because the fuel is in canisters that screw onto the camping stove.
