Commercial messages that are appropriate under the rules of a newsgroup or mailing list or that are solicited by the recipients are permitted.
Anyone who publishes materials and information which are accessible through The Internet Business Pages' sites is solely responsible for the content of such materials and information and is solely responsible to know and comply with all laws applicable to the publication and distribution of such materials and information. The Internet Business Pages does not accept responsibility for the content of the materials and information published by others which is accessible through the The Internet Business Pages sites and does not accept responsibility for the violation of any laws resulting from such publication or distribution.
It is expected that The Internet Business Pages' customers will comply with whatever rules or Acceptable Use Policies that are appropriate for those networks accessed through The Internet Business Pages. Each The Internet Business Pages customer accepts the responsibility to avoid whatever material it finds offensive. If any The Internet Business Pages customer interferes with others' use and enjoyment of the services provided by The Internet Business Pages, such customer shall be deemed to be in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
The Internet Business Pages is solely responsible for determining if a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy has occurred. Even though The Internet Business Pages does not review or censor materials and information which is accessible on The Internet Business Pages' sites, if The Internet Business Pages becomes aware that one of its customers is in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, The Internet Business Pages reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without notice. In addition, The Internet Business Pages reserves the right to interpret this Acceptable Use Policy in its sole discretion and to amend, revise, add or delete any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy.
