A Premier Independent Server Co-Location Facility
and Internet Access Provider

aspStation building

Today's new technologies demand efficient, cost-effective alternatives for continuous fiber optic connectivity. Whether you supply information to the Internet or require continuous connectivity for your business applications, aspStation can keep your servers on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

aspStation is located in an 18,000 square foot building in Pittsburgh. The building was designed by IBM and built in 1990 as a secure data center for a local hospital. This modern facility is complete with a built-in full-time UPS, stand-by generator, 3700 square feet of raised flooring, and a Halon fire suppression system.

Private network connections and Internet access connections are carried into the data center via multiple carriers using physically diverse very high speed fiber optic networks for very reliable and virtually unlimited bandwidth.

Another great benefit to having multiple carriers is the wide selection services they provide. Services such as dedicated T1 lines, dedicated T3 lines, access to Frame Relay networks, access to DSL networks, and dial-up telephone services covering most of the 412 and 724 area codes.

Looking for a disaster recovery site? aspStation, Inc. provides a great location for your stand-by equipment. If needed, we rent single offices with access to a conference room and kitchen. Each office includes a 100M bps Ethernet connection to your servers. If you need faster access, a fiber connection can be installed to your servers.
