This is a legal agreement between you and Resell-SignUps.com (Resell-SignUps). This agreement concerns your purchase of a service in which Resell-SignUps agrees to provide signups or co-registered leads to a URL specified by you or your customer ("the service" or "the package").

Save your Paypal receipt and order number issued upon acceptance of your campaign for reference. We will also keep a copy of each order.

All Orders are handled on a first come, first served basis. If we have problems fulfilling any of our services we will do all we can to correct the problem and email you with an estimated time for the issue to be resolved.

Because of the nature of our service, we do not guarantee a timeframe for fulfilling orders other than on an ASAP (As soon As Possible) basis. The Guarantee that we offer applies to delivering the amount of Signups only and does NOT imply a date by which they will be fulfilled. If the program is already in our database we will, in all likelihood, provide you with an estimated fulfillment date.

REFUNDS will be issued if we cannot produce the amount of Sign-ups ordered. This is the case for Targeted Sign-Ups, Worldwide Service and Co-registration eMail addresses.

All Requests for Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. Allow 48 to 72 hours for any Authorized Refunds.
