This page is the launching point for all of our available resources and tools.
The most commonly used pages are at the top navigation on each page, as you
have probably noticed. Additionally, they may be reached through the sidebar
navigation available on all pages.
Occasionally, a link may shift you off of our site over to the National Council
of Better Business Bureau’s site, or another website. Each time you are
shifted, it will open a new browser window. Closing that window will take you
back to the same page that you left our website from.

comments or suggestions.

For events – this
page reflects our calendar of events, as well as information on specific events
such as the annual Business Ethics Awards and Golf Tournament.

For everyone –
this is a key section of our website, including the Member Directory, Company
or Charity Search to read a reliability report on a specific company, a page to
electronically file a complaint or print out the form, recommending a company
for membership or to be included in our profile database, and Smarter Shopping
and Giving Tips.

For Charity
Information – including educational information on Charitable
Standards, electronic versions of the local and national Wise Giving Guide
documents, forms to update or submit a profile on your charity, and more.

For the Consumer
Guide – this link is to the electronic version of our membership
directory, the Consumer Guide. It also includes a form if you would like the
printed book mailed to you. Note this is not the Membership Directory, and this
electronic document is not updated throughout the year. The posted version is a
match of the printed directory, which is distributed annually during Fourth
Quarter.

For Media –
including recent press releases, and links to information provided specifically
for broadcast and print reporters. Some of the information on this section may
require a log-in password.

For Businesses
– Looking for a new vendor for your business? Or for a charity to make a
tax-deductible donation? This section provides these resources, as well as
other resources for the general business community. To locate links to the
member log-in area and information on becoming a member, please visit those
specific sections of the website.

For Members –
this section is available only to current BBB members. If you need a password,
or are having difficulties with logging in, please contact
MemberServices@arizonabbb.org. If you have forgotten your password and
are a current member, please look on your most recent membership invoice or
contact Member Services at 602.264.1727.
