"Las Golondrinas" is situated on the outskirts of the village on the
slope of a sheer valley by a small brook and the views of the surrounding mountains
are truly outstanding. In front of the house is a large open graveled outside
area and an 8 x 4 meter tiled swimming pool with surrounding terrace and
a covered area for eating al fresco. There are sun loungers around the pool for
relaxing and enjoying the view in complete peace. The house itself is very
well-equipped throughout. The entrance leads into a lounge with sitting area
at open fireplace and dining area. This leads on to a spacious kitchen with
all mod cons and further down the hallway there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,
one with shower unit and the other with a bath. The completely fenced property
is accessed by a narrow road that winds upwards to a parking space next to the
house. Malaga airport is approximately 50 minutes drive.
