and we have taken a serious of steps to

& Fully-Verified Opt-In Email
Subscription Lists
We offer a number free
subscriptions to e-newsletters and
e-lists. You are NEVER required to
sign up for any of these lists.
Additionally,
we use fully verified opt-in lists (also
known as double opt-in). Rather
than just add your email address to our
list when we receive a request, we defer
adding it until confirmation from is
received from you. Upon receipt of the
opt-in request an email is sent to the
listed address containing a unique
secret code that only you can reply
with. You can reply via email or a
website link with the secret code to
verify your subscription. Once verified,
your address is subscribed to the
requested list.
Fully-verified
opt-in is used to prevent spam and
ensure that any emails sent to you are
because you have specifically requested
it. Anyone can type an email address
that does not belong to them into a form
for more information. Only verified
opt-in ensures that the email address
entered actual belongs to the person who
entered it.

Information Do We Collect?
We collect information from you
to help us personalize and
improve your AmeriSpan
experience, to process your
online requests, and to send you
communications to which you have

we transmit the
entire credit card
number to the
appropriate credit
card company during
order processing. To
do this we use a
payment gateway
provided by a
leading payment
gateway provider,
TrustCommerce.

Service Provider and
accounts use a
variety of fraud
screening tools
including AVS
(Address
Verification
System), Visa's
CVV2, Mastercard's
CVC2, and American
Express' CID to
protect against most
online fraud.
