You will only quote consensus earnings estimates and will give attribution to Reuters;

You will give appropriate attribution to the author (and his/her employer) of any broker research that you reference, quote, or excerpt;

You will give appropriate attribution to Reuters for original content (earnings estimates, revenue estimates, fundamental data, etc); and You will abide by the User Conditions (posted by hyperlink on each page of the Services), except as the terms thereof relate to payment.

You also agree that your acceptance of these terms will be binding upon you as if you had executed by signature a written agreement containing them.
