The prices of the Astra Apartments are final, there are no extra chargements, it includes all taxes, usage of towels, bed clothes, cleaning service after every 3rd night, departure cleaning service and you can choose which way of payment is more comfortable for you.
1ST NIGHT GUARANTEE To make your fix reservation we have only one simple requirement which is a GUARANTEE OF THE 1ST NIGHT BY CREDIT CARD - to arrange your fix reservation we will only authorise the 1st night amount and confirm your fix reservation within 24 hours, (except the Top seasons when we authorise the whole payment). By this way you can pay upon your arrival in CZK, in EUR or by Credit card. We will charge the 1st night amount only in case of cancellation. Please check our cancellation policy.
BANK TRANSFER - as we can check our bank statement by e-banking it is enought to make a sign that you have already transferred the 1st night amount and according to it we will confirm your fix reservation within 24 hours.

HOTELS, TOURS, TICKETS WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGEMENT - in case of credit card guarantee of the 1st night we finalize your reservation and send you the Voucher which proves your special Astra prices as well. By this way you can pay the whole amount in the hotel upon arrival without extra fees.
CREDIT CARD IN ADVANCE - if you prefer to pay everything in advance you can pay by Credit Card but unfortunately we have to add 3% administration fee. We will charge the final amount of your accommodation and send you the Voucher which proves your fix reservation in the hotel.
BANK TRANSFER - if you prefer to pay everything in advance you can pay by Bank Transfer as well, but unfortunately we have to add 1,5% administration fee. As we can check our bank statement by e-banking it is enought to make a sign that you have already transferred the amount and according to it we will confirm your fix reservation within 24 hours and send you the Voucher which proves your fix reservation in the hotel.
