- ----What's the 'Story' behind DropbyChina?
- >Proven’s wife has a sister living in US. In May, 2005,
her brother in law brought their little babies to China for a short visiting
trip. When he was in Beijing, he received a call from his wife. She told
him finding a studio to have a good album for their baby, because she
saw a wonderful baby album in a colleague’s room. He then asked
Proven and his wife to help and went to another city.
Proven and his wife went around the city for a whole day, and finally
booked one perfect studio. When the father and baby came back, all the
things are ready. They enjoyed a very well photograph services in Beijing
and left.
After several days, Proven and his wife went to the studio, selected the
photos and confirmed the album design. One week later, they went to the
studio again to check the album and portrait. They packaged all these
wonderful pack and sent to US by UPS.
Finally, her sister received the wonderful albums in US. Of course, they’re
very pleasantly satisfied by all these.
When Proven shared this story with RQ, who is focused on Web Promotion,
they were suddenly aware of what the story is about for a foreign traveler.
Without a reliable and capable local friend, it’s impossible for
a foreign traveler to enjoy the services that requires several interaction
or a long lead time
Without a means such as WEB, it’s impossible for a foreign traveler
to submit their requirements, book personalized service and evaluate the
interim results.
DropbyChina believe now it is possible for foreign travelers to enjoy
more and maximize their benefit of time in China.
- ----Who're Proven and RQ?
- Proven Bao was working in IBM Global Services for nearly
10 years. He enjoys the nature of services as it’s living in ever
moment. He likes creative works and believes friendship is the ‘sun,
air and water’ of his life.
RQ Zeng has indulged in WEB for nearly 10 years. He started his first
WEB engagement in early 90’s. He is the first person in China to
establish a WEB community to encourage each other for growing and taking
challenges. He is the expert in WEB promotion.
