Woman's small - size 10

The widest width across the chest line is 36cm approx.T-shirt approx height - 56cm tall

Woman's Medium - size 12

The widest width across the chest line is 40cm approx.T-shirt approx height - 58cm tall

Woman's size 14

The widest width across the chest line is 42cm approx.T-shirt approx height - 60cm tall

Most UK Orders are dispatched within 1 working day - If you have not received your UK order within 5 working days assume that the goods are awaiting your collection at your LOCAL Royal Mail sorting depo. Items are sent registered, thus you will need to sign for them. Royal Mail will only hold onto to parcels for 7 days - If you fail to collect the items within the time periods postage surcharges will be applied and delays will be MAJOR.

We now offer 2 options for postage within the United Kingdom, either FIRST CLASS or EXPRESS DELIVERY

To Select UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY just select "UNITED KINGDOM" then click NEXT and under "CLASS OF SERVICE" select "Express Delivery" from the drop down menu - it normally defaults to First Class Post..

Option 1 - UK First Class post just select United Kingdom then First Class Post.

Most United Kingdom orders are dispatched within 1 working day and received within 3 - 5 working days by first class post - Royal Mail. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on this service. Postage rates START from just £2.95

Option 2 - UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY

Orders are sent on a sign for service and delivered within 2 working days. Please list a delivery address where the goods can be signed for, to ensure delivery. i.e work address. If we are unable to attempt delivery within the 2 working days as part of our guarantee we will refund you the DELIVERY COSTS only exception applys during bad weather conditions such as snow where delivery may be delayed.

Orders will be delivered by courier between 09.00 - 17.30 hours Monday - Friday.

Please note if you are not in to sign for the package, the goods will be held for your collection at our courier's nearest parcel depo. You only have 7 days to collect your parcel otherwise the package will be returned to sender and additional postal charges will be applied. If you wish to cancel your order at this point we will only refund you the cost of the goods sold, once the items have been sent back to us.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Overseas orders are sent by airmail and take on average 2 - 3 weeks to arrive from the dispatch date, although this is NOT guaranteed and some packages may take longer to arrive. Postage rates for international orders start from £8.50. - Please note NO insurance cover is available on OVERSEAS shipments what so ever, orders are shipped at the customers own risk. Items are dispatched on a registered service and have tracking / bar code numbers.

Please be aware we DO NOT accept any responsibility what so ever on orders losted due to the fact a customer have submitted an wrong, incomplete or invalid postal address, all such losses shall be bourne by the customer alone.

Parcels returned back to us by postal authorities due to customers failure to collect for what ever reason can be resent out agian however additional postage rates will be applied to your order.

We process your order right away. We will normally post your order to you within 1 working day by Royal Mail First Class Post. Royal Mail normally deliver in approx. 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 20 working days.

Please note we only refund the actual cost of the goods in question and not any post or packaging costs incurred. Legally for reasons of hygiene we are unable to give refunds on the following items duvet and bedding sets, underwear and jewelry items, such as cufflinks, rings, pendants, earring and so on.

Our returns conditions are:

Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

Goods must be returned back within 7 days from the day you received your order.

Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice or dispatch note as we require this for proof of purchase of the said goods.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we will not issue a refund. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. Please note that postage is not refundable.

Any faults / defects MUST be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order, this is a reasonable length of time for you to inspect and check your goods. Battery and Light bulb life-times are NOT guaranteed on any product we sell. Email confirmation must be confirmed by us on all returns within 7 days of receipt of your order.

We will not refund any monies for item sent back to us for what ever reason until we are in receipt of the goods - From this date, one must allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. Please note that credit card refunds will be made without further notification to yourself.

When returning goods, please obtain your own receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit.

ALL ITEMS must be returned back to us within 7 days from receipt of delivery , and you must provide us with the original invoice or despatch note as proof of purchase, otherwise we are unable to process the refund.

We will not process any refunds for goods sent back after 7 days for whatever reason.

Please note we will not look into any matter if a copy of the invoice / dispatch note is not sent back with the returned goods. This document is your proof of purchase of the said item and is required to resolve any matter.

Please note we are UNABLE to look into any matter or query if you are unable to supply us with a valid order number
