Our recently renovated 2 bedroom gite is in Brittany’s beautiful Cotes D’Armor region. The gite is situated in lovely rural countryside with mature gardens/paddock which extend to 2.5 acres but we are less than a mile away from the village of Pluzunet with its boulangerie/general store, restaurant, bar, and creperie. The major towns of Lannion and Guingamp are within 20 minutes of the property.
The gite is also within easy reach of the many fabulous beaches and other attractions in the area.

The cottage is situated in the small village of Rohan, near Pontivy in Brittany, France. It is located next to Nantes - Brest canal and is about 4 minutes walk from the vilage centre, and yet located in a quiet location down a small track next to the canal.
There are excellent walks in the area, and fishing on the banks of the canal. There are fishing rods in the house
There is a selection of restaurants both locally and in the larger towns, along with excellent golf courses and beaches all within 30 minutes.

One of the cottages has a dining room which can be rearranged so that everyone can eat together "en famille".

There is ample living and dining space for groups. Both La Bergerie and La Fermiere have 3 twin garden and 2 first floor bedrooms, all with private shower/wc (one of La Bergerie's garden bedrooms is adapted for a wheelchair). La Fermiere is of traditional style, with granite walls and oak beams and an open plan kitchen/living room.
La Bergerie has a beautifully furnished living/dining room and separate catering kitchen. Ty Cidre, a converted, thatched, cider barn, in the same grounds, a delightful complement to the two farmhouse gites and perfect for 2. For the energetic, there is a 10mx5m heated swimming pool (with sliding dome cover for extra security), boules court, garden badminton and table tennis and an indoor tennis court in the village.

This single story gite has a spacious living room with a modern fully fitted kitchen that makes it ideal for a family holiday. There are three bedrooms (one with its own shower room), a bathroom and separate lavatory providing accommodation for 7 people. Two bedrooms are suitable for elderly or handicapped holiday makers. The third bedroom is fitted with bunks and a single bed. A cot and a child’s bed are available by request. Two sitting areas and private parking for several cars are provided. There is shared use of a heated swimming pool. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be supervised in the grounds and we do request that you retrieve any little offerings!
Some bicycles are available for use.

Beautiful converted barns near Dinan, La Poutelais, surrounded by open farmland offering unspoiled views, is a seven acre 18th century farm between Rennes and St Malo. Lovingly restored into 4 cottages under architect supervision maintaining the character and original features. All works are of the highest standard and quality furnishings ensure first class accommodation with a new, heated 11m x 5.5m pool open from May to October.

The private entrance driveway, of about 150metres is flanked by 106 poplar trees, is an impressive sight on arrival. The grounds are surrounded by cornfields and an old cider apple orchard at the entrance. The front lawns and the rear grassed area under the old oak tree are ideal for barbecues and picnics. There is also a boule court, children's swings, badminton and volley ball and table tennis. Surrounding the granite mill in the central courtyard is the Manor House and the converted barns.
