 Four Beautifully Converted 18th Century Barns
Beautiful converted barns near Dinan, La Poutelais, surrounded by open farmland offering unspoiled views, is a seven acre 18th century farm between Rennes and St Malo. Lovingly restored into 4 cottages under architect supervision maintaining the character and original features. All works are of the highest standard and quality furnishings ensure first class accommodation with a new, heated 11m x 5.5m pool open from May to October.

The private entrance driveway, of about 150metres is flanked by 106 poplar trees, is an impressive sight on arrival. The grounds are surrounded by cornfields and an old cider apple orchard at the entrance. The front lawns and the rear grassed area under the old oak tree are ideal for barbecues and picnics. There is also a boule court, children's swings, badminton and volley ball and table tennis. Surrounding the granite mill in the central courtyard is the Manor House and the converted barns.

Set midway between the market towns of Dinan and Dol-de-Bretagne, and with the beach just 20 minutes away, this is an ideal holiday for all the family.

La Haute Manceliere is a charming 17th century longere converted into 3 cottages for let all year long. It is situated in a quiet, pretty hamlet, in the heart of the Brittany countryside. It is set in 2 acres of lawned gardens in the middle of which is a large heated swimming pool. Despite its rural location, the property is only a 45 minute drive from the long, sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The 3 cottages sleep 12, 8 and 4 and can be let either individually or together for large groups.
