This calculator will show you how many calories you can actually
burn during most sporting activities. Simply enter your weight,
pick the activity and enter the amount of time and it will calculate
the amount of calories burnt.
The calculator is not accurate and only a guide
to calories burnt. It is calibrated for a 9-10 stone woman.
If you are heavier more calories are expended and the lighter
you are the less calories burned. If the activities take place
in the cold the result of calories burnt would be higher.
